At The Residence Boutique Hotel, our top priority is to provide you with an exceptional and relaxing stay. To enhance your experience, we would like to share some general information, policies, and rules that will help ensure your comfort during your time with us.

SINGLE GUEST POLICY:

Single occupancy is charged at 70% of the full room rate. The deposit is based on the full rate, and the 30% single occupancy discount will be applied to the remaining balance at checkout. CHILDREN POLICY:

Our family-friendly policy warmly welcomes children aged 6 and above. Children between 6 and 12 years enjoy a 50% discount on the per-person sharing rate.

PETS POLICY:

Dogs are allowed only upon request and subject to the hotel's approval.

CHECK-IN/OUT POLICY

Arrival time is from 15h00. Departure time is 11h00.
Delayed departures attract an additional charge and must be arranged with reception beforehand to ensure availability.
Early arrivals can be requested but not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in /out preferably prior to arrival.
The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
All EFT payments are to be made 72 hours prior to arrival.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The restaurant is open for breakfast service, which may be included or excluded depending on the selected package or rate. Upon prior request and subject to management approval, breakfast may also be served in the guest’s room.
Dinner can be requested with 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
All tariffs are restrictive: Valid as booked, payment confirms. Any waiver is at managements discretion. We'll gladly assist with date changes to your reservation (subject to availability), should your travel plans change.
Management reserves the right of admission.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for your convenience.
The premises are not equipped for the disabled (wheelchair/walking disability).
Smoking is limited to the private balconies and designated smoking areas.
We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
We strive to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests, and therefore, loud parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Access to the communal swimming pool is restricted to guests only at their own risk. Minors to be accompanied at all times.
Please secure your valuables in the provided in-room safe to safeguard your personal belongings during your stay.
Damages to hotel property and furnishings are the responsibility of the registered guest.
Please adhere to all posted safety rules and guidelines throughout the hotel premises.
The Residence Boutique Hotel has its own water extraction and treatment system. While we promote responsible and conscious water usage, our operations are unaffected by the water restrictions imposed by the City of Cape Town.
